Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

A customer is eligible for a refund only if they claim to cancel the services within 48 hours of payment made OR before company verification is completed.

Once the company verification process is done, no request to cancel the contract or refund the amount will be entertained.

Cancellation Terms

Pre-verification cancellations: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
Post-verification: No refunds, revisions only as per service agreement
